  I had a contract for bi-weekly. Not weekly. Tomorrow would of been my Bi-weekly. I guess they dont know how to count 2 weeks. It is a 14 days. Dave does not listen to the customer. Never used the frame and asked to have it picked up 2 weeks ago. Nothing. Also I wanted to downgrade to a cheaper queen online. They never ordered for me. Your customer service is awful and unprofessional. And if I waa delinquent like they say, wouldn't they called my co-signer husband, work, his work, my friends number. No.. They only called me. I have never had such a bad experience woth customer service as I did at the Oneonta, NY location. I do not recommend.
