  PCS is absolutely terrific! FAST RESPONSE, FAST ACTION--both crucial in my two small businesses. Cathleen is KIND, NICE, PATIENT, and LISTENS closely to truly understand what I want/need. She recently reconfigured some structural pathways for me, making them exactly how I wanted them to be. I've referred PCS to friends and family, some of whom are Total-Non-Techs, whom Cathleen has gently and patiently guided to operational success. PCS oversees all my computer-protection programs on all my computers and keeps them up to date. Don't know what I'd do without them! Can't say enough good things about them.
